Agreed. If they keep raising two pennies at a time, the DGR will keep declining, so hopefully they will increase it three pennies, soon.
Starbucks Corporation
declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share, an increase of 25%, payable on November 27, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 12, 2015.

AbbVie also
announced today that its board declared an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend from
