Realty Income (O): On July 26, 2016, our Board of Directors declared an increase in our common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2015 per share from $0.1995 per share. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2016. This is the 87th dividend increase since our listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for September's dividend is August 30, 2016. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.418 per share, or a 1.0% increase, as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $2.394.
