GE is one of (If not the) oldest stocks that I own, have had it since '95.
I read a lot of articles about the poor performance. It may not be the best but with a cost basis of 8.25 I'm quite happy with the performance, sure it could have done better but it is one of the ones I have slept well on.

AAPL is another that I have owned since 99? Cost is 3.24, I hear people complain about the yield of 1.5% and I have to laugh.

General Motors (NYSE:GM) declares $0.36/share quarterly dividend, 20% increase from prior dividend of $0.30.

Forward yield 3.96%

Payable June 23; for shareholders of record June 10; ex-div June 8.
Gladstone Land declares $0.04 dividend
Gladstone Land (NASDAQ:LAND) declares $0.04/share monthly dividend, 14.3% increase from prior dividend of $0.035.

- Payable May 5; for shareholders of record April 24; ex-div April 22.
- Payable May 29; for shareholders of record May 19; ex-div May 15.
- Payable June 30; for shareholders of record June 19; ex-div June 17.

CSX (NYSE:CSX) declares $0.18/share quarterly dividend, 12.5% increase from prior dividend of $0.16.
- Forward yield 2.17%
- Payable June 15; for shareholders of record May 29; ex-div May 27.
- Additionally, The board plans to repurchase upto $2B of common stock.

Thanks for that update, R2R. They were pretty cheapskate with the last raise and was considering moving on since the rest of the RR stocks have had double digit increases lately.

With most RRs down, I am tempted to initiate a position in UNP. Love the long term prospects of UNP. NSC also took a big hit yesterday.

Ok, I made a few tweaks to the spreadsheet to include both the sequential and annual increase numbers.

I think I am all caught up now.

Omega Healthcare (OHI) raises dividend by $0.01 /quarter, an increase of 1.88%. However, due to the ongoing merger with Aviv REIT, a pro-rated dividend of $0.18 will be paid out on May 15 for shareholders on record as of Apr 30.

Forward yield 5.65%
