"Also, the company declared a special dividend of $0.05 - Payable Dec. 15; for shareholders of record Nov. 18; ex-div Nov. 17."
So we are getting close to that ex-div date.
Some of my high div payers are losing their yield percentage because they've experienced significant price growth but haven't increased their dividend. HRZN is down to 6.4%. RQI is down to 5.64%. Hopefully these guys will raise their dividend soon.
It's a good problem to have if you bought them low and have a good YOC. The good ones won't be hyped anymore due to the low div. Eventually they get hammered and you can buy more with a good yield. I'm usually out when the yield fades as the attraction is gone for new investors. Rinse and repeat.

That's a nice increase for O.
Interested to see what the spinoff ONL plays with its first declaration. It's taken a hit following the spinoff, might be worth a look as a speculative buy.
