MGIC Investment Corporation Announces an Increase to Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, July 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MGIC Investment Corporation (NYSE: MTG) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, an increase of 13% from the last quarterly dividend paid of $0.15 per share. This quarter's dividend will be payable on August 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2026.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., July 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company and one of the world's premier automotive and commercial truck retailers, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.44 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share (+1.4%), bringing the annualized dividend to $5.76 per share. This represents the Company's 23rd consecutive quarterly dividend increase.

The dividend is payable September 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 14, 2026.
