That's an ok raise -- I'll take it.
Another steady year or two and the dividend will be back to the level it was back when I bought the shares in 2008!
I bought the shares for $16.22 each with a dividend of $1.28, for a starting yield of 7.89 percent. With this recent raise, my yield on cost is back up to 7.4 percent.
