Badger Meter Raises Dividend 10% Representing 34 Years of Consecutive Annual Dividend Growth

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today authorized a 10% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.44 per share from $0.40 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 11, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 28, 2026. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $1.76 per share.
