Could have been for me too, but I lost my apetite seeing that +18%. Let's hope for some big red numbers in the next days  What's your desired entry yield by the way?

I think anything above a 3% yield for AMP is a really good price. FAST Graphs puts fair value around $186 (depending on reliability of EPS estimates), and it's still trading 30% below 52-week highs.

SKT suspends dividends. It was the right thing to do if they want to avoid toxic levels of debt. They only collected about 14% of APR rent so something had to give.
