It has been a while since I updated this thread. I have been slammed by unexpected medical bills and repairs for my rental property, so there have been no new purchases. Hopefully, I can resume next month.

I have made my last purchases for the year.  Going forward, I would like to acquire more healthcare and utility sector stocks. I am too heavy in financials and materials, so I will be holding off on future purchases in those areas
