Dividend Announcement Thread!
I love how there are still stocks that push out inflation beating (for now...) dividend raises.
My strategy has always been based on dividend growth > inflation over the long-term. I certainly don't expect to get that this year but as long as the long-term trend is in my favor then it's all good.

Hercules Capital raised the dividend another 2 cents.  The $.50 you see below actually breaks down to $.35 as the new baseline, plus a $.15 "bonus" that they've had all year. That's why you see the annual dividend as $1.40, and not $2.00.

Nice raise for $TXN, plus a buyback = 10% of its current market cap.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) declares $1.24/share quarterly dividend, 7.8% increase from prior dividend of $1.15.
Forward yield 3.05%
Payable Nov. 15; for shareholders of record Oct. 31; ex-div Oct. 28.
Board of directors also authorized to repurchase an additional $15B stock over time.
This is in addition to ~$8.2B of previously authorized repurchases that remained at the end of June 2022.

Not to pedantic but it's actually a 9.7% increase. I wouldn't have said anything if it were listed as 10% though IMO that would have been sloppy on their part. But if they're gonna announce to a tenth of a percent they should get it right.
