Spinoff of Constellation Energy already happened on Monday.

A few of their nuke plants had to be saved by State of IL lately so my first reaction was negative. I owned EXC until a few years ago.

The ear plugs litigation is an issue.  The recent ridiculous award size may force them to do a JNJ trick.  I know with certainty that many leave the service with at least light hearing damage.  The stuff is loud, and the military has been diligent about trying to protect going on 50 years.  Military equipment is just loud.  If you truly have hearing loss the military compensates you when you leave, even if you weren't using provided protective gear.  The 3M litigation is going to draw endless claims.
