I bought some TGT and CVS today.

I actually work at a grocery store. At a recent meeting, the president of our division showed a slide that had Amazon forcasted to open over 4000 brick and mortar stores within five years. Basically smaller stores that will sell groceries. The payment system will be set up to where you will walk in and grab what you want and walk out. Everything will be automatically totaled and charged to your account. No waiting. This is why you are seeing normal grocers focusing so much on online ordering and store pickup. Trying to get ahead of the monster.

The Chinese are ahead of Amazon. They already are testing the type of store you describe.

Opened a very small position in GIS

Sold out of my AT&T in my second account and bought American Tower Corp. (AMT) with the proceeds.

This was roughly 20% of my overall AT&T position, but it remains one of my biggest positions.

This is my higher growth account and I like what AMT brings in that respect. I think with the upcoming roll-out of 5G, there is a good runway for continued growth in the stock.

Added some GIS. That report today was very good plus they raised the dividend. Bottom fishing and hope it pays off. I also sold out of DE after a big run-up and added to ED, ITW and NUE with the proceeds.

Figured I'd get in while the yield was still above 5%.

Good buy Eric. I bought SKT at $25.20. This stock sold off because of retail but Tanger always has its tenants full. Those outlets are always packed lol. I was also looking at SPG. But haven't bought yet.
