The closest answer was: seekingalpha but it clutters the mailbox with tons of unwanted stuff.

Actually, you could subscribe directly to this thread.  I haven't done it myself, but there is an icon in the bottom-left corner of this thread, which would give you notification every time someone posts to this thread.  Not perfect, but better than being bombarded by SA.

I get also messages from InteractiveBrokers, but only for holdings and at exdividend date, which may be a little late in case of cuts.
