As far as I know, you cannot add a spreadsheet directly. You can have it hosted somewhere and post a link to it here (like Eric does with with dividend increase spreadsheet, as shown here), or else you can take a screenshot of it, and attach the image in your post (follow the instructions here for this option). Let me know if you need more!
