TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Williams’ (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.10 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable on June 29, 2026, to holders of record at the close of business on June 12, 2026.
This is a 5% increase from Williams’ 2025 quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share.
