Wow what a run this stock has had. From $38 to now $125. Congrats to all those who bought in with me. I think I'm selling out now! and putting the money into something else.  

Maybe Cron will someday have this kind of run.

You're thinking of selling everything?
As you probably remember I bought in at around $40. Luckily I bought more than I usually do in these situations, because I wanted the regular size buy and hold position together with an extra shorter term position. I let go of that shorter term position a while ago, I think it was around $80 when I sold it. 

But I'm keeping the longer term position for the moment, probably for quite a long time. Dividend increases have been pretty nice recently. 

I remember you buying yes and sold some of your position. I'm not sure what I'm doing right now. I may sell half and let the other half run. After all, IIPR is the number 1 profitable company in industry, as measured by margins. Beating out constellation, Altria, etc. So it may go to up even further. That dividend is nice as well.
