I had a look, both PEs are too high and dividends are quite low, looks like a gamble at this point.
Went with Cisco, bought 90 stocks, I'll keep checking Qualcom, I think they have an advantage on the wearables world vs any other chip maker, the real question is, will wearables be a real thing anytime soon? Or we'll we skip wearables and move straight to VR?
I havent done a lot of research on VR, but I think QCOM will do well if VR takes off too. I think they just released a new SDK a couple of days ago. NVIDIA should be another good play in the space.
I also like QCOM for the vehicular network space...as vehicles become more intelligent and connected to the internet -- QCOM should see some growth there. I think Intel is giving some run of its money here in this space with some ICE (In-Car Entertainment) deals announced.
