During an indiscriminate selloff is the perfect time to switch stocks. Duing the brutal selloff of 2009 I took the opportunty to swich many lower quality stocks with higher quality ones. Both were down similar magnitudes, so there was little penalty for the adjustment. When things turned, it was quickly evident that the switches had been the right thing to do.

Has anybody heard when CCP will go x-dividend. I read mention of an x-div date of 9/3 before the spin-off, but nothing since.

VTR hasnt declared a div for the quarter yet (Im guessing CCP will also declare around the same time?)

Last year's declaration date was Sep 2.

I think I'll keep it until my percentage lost for CCP = for VTR. No point in taking an excessive loss with this strange market
