What Did You Buy Today?
Initiated position in PM today.
Sold my shares of TUP and WYNN and bought new positions in D and XEL.

Long term it may end up being ok, but with a 50% payout ratio guidance, I don't see a dividend raise for at least another year. I'm much more confident in getting 4-6% annual raises from XEL and 8% raises from D than I am getting any from TUP.

Used the cash from my LO "sale" and bought 25 shares of HSY.
Initiated a position in Ventas Inc (VTR). Details shared here
Sold my TUP position and initiated positions in the following companies:

BEN
CMI
GWW
HSY
LOW
MGA
SJM

Added 20 shares of Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS.TO)
Sold HME, since it is being acquired by a private equity firm. I would have much rather kept the stock, since it was the best value in apartment REITs. Used proceeds to top off positions in STAG and TUP with remainder put into ORI.
Bought INTC on the 3% drop yesterday.
Bought some "O" and initiated a position in BMY.
These positions round out my exposure in all S&P sectors.
I plan to add to Financials (WFC, my favorite), REITs (O), and Energy (COP) and (KMI).
I'm not worried about interest rate hikes or Greece. I can control neither, so I'll look at my "dry powder" and distribute it accordingly.
I'm not in any particular rush. The fruit of patience is always sweet.
How did you decide on BMY? On paper it looks very expensive to me, but I've never researched it.
