I got off easy but it was wicked just a few miles away flipping tractor trailers over. We worked on emergency power at HD yesterday. No kidding they answered the phone. "We are out of generators, how may I direct your call?" They did however wrangle up 40 generators from several states away the moment the storm hit. HD is a logistics monster. Worked half in the dark with most computers off for almost two days now. Sold a TON of product. Half the area community still no power.(08-11-2020, 08:57 PM)fenders53 Wrote:Cheaper to just get a whole house generator. Stay safe.(08-11-2020, 04:38 PM)divmenow Wrote: TSLA 5-1 stock split. I may buy a few shares now lolHow could you not when it goes on sale 80% off?
Anybody sees Buffet kick him in the knee for me. 24HRs without power again. OK so we had Hurricane CAT II wind in Iowa yesterday lol, but reliability is nowhere near what it was 20 years ago and it's getting annoying. Lost most of my food again. Guess I need to buy some solar once Divmenow gets all in on TSLA and food stocks while we "re-hoard" in the Midwest lol.
I haven't even see the market yet.
