What Did You Buy Today?
PM at $70. Anyone buying PM or MO? I have a full position in MO.
Considering buying MO again. I got pushed out on a covered call some months back.

Just read BA credit rating was cut today to BBB. I suppose there is a whole lot more of that coming to the market soon.

I already have MO. I bought BTI yesterday.

Yeah, I don't think BA is something to buy other than speculatation at this point. I don't see how the dividend is maintained, and with airlines now asking for bailouts, you know plane order cancellations are coming too.

The same goes for airlines and autos. I read that auto sales are down 20% already, which is devastating for auto companies, as they don't have the margins to easily get over something like that. I know that 12% yield from F looks appealing, but when the dividend gets cut, what do you have left?
My website: DGI For The DIY
Also on: Facebook - Twitter - Seeking Alpha
I bought GD. Too undervalued at this point. It will do fine over years. Only danger if Democrats come to power and decide to cut defence spendings.

F is one of specs.  Haven't been adding.  The Div has been good for years, but you can get a great Div elsewhere now with far less risk.  I own airlines but hindsight is 20/20 and I didn't know a virus was coming.  I'll wait for this to shakeout before I consider add more DAL.  The reality is virtually all earnings estimates are now in doubt and the entire stock market is speculative.  Tis the nature of staying invested end of cycle. DGI doesn't work so well any other way.

BA is just a bad bet until you wait for this to sort out.  Definitely on my watch list and very easy to wait when you know that Div can't stay as is when you are asking for a large bailout.  On a side note the airline CEOs and execs have all volunteered to have their salaries lowered to normal people salaries as part of their request for assistance, as it should be.
LOW down almost 6% at the open. Added a little. Smile

LOW and HD are still busy locally.  And a lot of fools calling and hoping we have toilet paper.  OMG how did TP hoarding even start lol?

No buys for me yet today.  Waiting for the next swarm of locusts lol.
Wow UTX now at $83. Any takers?

DRI under $40 holy cow

WEN under $11. (they should do ok as the drive though is open)

MCD $138 - Does it go to $100?? This is a name I would love to buy
Added WFC, little O. Starbucks is getting tempting but still over valued.

Thought from folks on financial stocks? DFS seems to be too undervalued as well.

SO have started to come into good value territory. Glad I sold in 60s lol. Thanks to Chuck carnival.

I've made 58 small purchases of UTX new merger partner RTN lol.  Go slow on the restaurants.  OK to nibble IMO but the market has no intention of being rational on the downside.  I agree with your thesis on drive through.  They'll do OK in most locations.
Bought some O, WELL and RTN. Sold out of RTN at much higher levels now I got to buy back at $116

Vice President and CFO of Raytheon Co (30-Year Financial, Insider Trades) Anthony F O'brien (insider trades) sold 9,539 shares of RTN on 03/04/2020 at an average price of $198.48 a share. The total sale was $1.9 million. Smart man this guy was!! haha

I miss the days where the Dow would go up 30 points or down 30 points lol
