Non-essential retail will obviously struggle.  To succeed you need to be selling highly essential items like carpet, flowers, mulch, lawncare products.  HD getting by with murder skirting the rules in most states.  Sales have been incredible and nobody buying anything they actually need.

You forgot to add EXTREME in front of negative cash flow.  It is different in some ways.  Near zero revenue isn't normal.
