Far from resolved. It won't be painless.

I agree and am seriously considering dumping mine. The problems didn't just start with the lawsuits, it's grown EPS at just 5% annually over the last 15 years.

I'd give up some yield doing so but shouldn't have much trouble finding a replacement with better growth.

The growth trouble started long before this. I didn't think their extremely low ball "offer to settle" would fly. I used this product without issue in the Army. I don't completely understand the facts for sure.

Yeah, It seems PE multiple has not contracted enough given uncertainties.

As much as I love the Canadian banks I start to get a feeling I'm a bit overweight in them. Not a bad place to be for sure, but I might have to stop adding to them soon.

Anyone owns DGX? Er and rev projected to drop due to Covid getting over I am guessing. Looks like a fantastic company to play the aging population.

I like DGX and have been steadily adding on the decline.
