Agree! The GOOG antitrust proceeding will be interesting to watch, but short of fireworks there, seems like the big leaders are firmly entrenched and will buy whoever they need to to stay that way.

Used pooled dividends to add a share of American Tower AMT at $160 this morning.

Never thought I'd be able to buy it at a 4% yield, but here we are.

Nice buy Eric. I actaully went an bouhght CCI under $89 this morning 

You can buy a cd with a 5+% interest rate, so people aren't buying REITs at the moment. But this is when you take advantage of buying opportunities

Same, been into AMT since 2018ish. Never thought I will see these prices again. Been adding tiny bit of AMT. also started a position in TLT.

Added to XLU. Would be great to start picking up more XLU under $60.
