We were discussing them here awhile back. Of the ones I have looked at, 80% are trash selling shares to enrich insiders. Among the rest are some decent companies that have a shot, but the gamblers ran them up so high last year they still need to correct another 25% to be at what I would consider fair value. So much dilution going on.
