I haven't found a stock yet that made a million in ten years out of $10,000 but an investment in SHOP on 5/20/2015 (6 years) makes $720,070.59

If you find it you missed it obviously but this decade has more huge wins than any other most likely. It's been amazing. The huge wins on stocks that remain near profitless boggles my mind.

I haven't researched it. Hadn't heard of it until you and Otter were discussing it last week. I am trying to not add too many more new names. We'll see how long that lasts.
What I need is for tech to get hammered for real again, but this market is resilient.
Very small trades this morning. Â Added a few shares to DG-ARKF Â Sold a few SLV puts.

I'm just curious. And I'm starting to think that website simply doesn't handle splits, because I *think* the answer is Netflix.

I know you are just doing it for fun.  It depends a lot on the dates you pick. Move it less than a year forward or back and that 10 bagger might be 3 bagger or a 25 bagger.  As always the entry price is huge. AMZN is a perfect example. Ultra high flyer that traded at $5 later, then the moonshot 500 bagger from the low. So you are up maybe 20X or 500X in about 20yrs. Either would have worked for me.Â

CBRL dividend is back. They will pay $100 quarterly Those were some good numbers they released. I may have to buy on the sell on the news while its down $7
Anyway added to a few of my holdings today in ABBV, CNI and HON and CVX
Trimmed some BP, CRWD and IIPR

That's great news on CBRL. I got out last year once they suspended the dividend. I go there weekly with my wife and son. We love it. I may have to buy a few shares myself now just to follow it again. They crushed estimates. Them selling alcohol must have pushed them over the topÂ
I added CVX , MO, and PEP
Sold the last of my MRNA that I bought at $24
Oh gosh, Cracker Barrel is the poster child for huge-run-up-then-flat. Great stock to own from late 2008 to 2016.

Just like all the ETF's and those 3x you buy at the highÂ
At least with CBRL I can sleep at nightÂ

I said here many times I was good with adding a real position starting at $125. If I am honest I need ENPH to head back to $120ish to be back to even. I wasn;t aggressive enough when it was truly cheap. I'll add shares to my growthy port in the meantime.
Yeah yeah. What ever floats your boatÂ
 lol
I am very good with owning ENPH long-term. How happy I am in the end very much depends on the entry. We'll see where the bottom is soon enough.
Well me too. Got in at $108.90Â
This will be a big winner for years to come. You have to add at some point, so why not today. I don't worry about making a few $ here and thereÂ
. I'm in to win it lolÂ
Are we having fun today

CBRL is a theme restaurant geared towards southern food and country anywhere food. Not something a Bostoner would be able to fully comprehend but they have been wildly successful for decades and paid good dividend.  The stock is volatile as hell compared to most large chain restaurants lately.  Old folks like me understand the theme but it will be a tough challenge going forward. It's not a big attraction to city kids that will be tomorrow's
I don’t agree with you at on CBRL. It’s for all ages and you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at all times. They cater to everyone. I go myself every Sunday and there packed every time.  From young to old. Doesn’t matter. My kids love going there and playing checkers and looking in the store. They have so many cool and interesting items. They will always be successful because people like that southern comfort food. And there entire menu is affordable. That’s a huge plus. They have the best hash browns lol. ]The numbers don’t lie.  They have been is business since 1969. So this has been a huge successful story for a long, long time. They are not going anywhere.  So enough of your negative talk. Your just mad because you didn’t buy with it was under $70 a year ago lol. They killed earnings. They killed the outlook. They reinstated the dividend. Not many companies during a pandemic can say that.

I totally agree on CBRL. They are and will be very successful for many more years and beyond. They have the right formula. Fenders just doesn't know a good thing when he sees it. Must have fell off the rocker at CBRL and has been bitter ever sinceÂ
