Companies projected to benefit from rising rates:
1) Banks, especially ones that are heavily reliant on net interest margin
2) Insurance companies (they tend to invest your premiums while they wait to pay out claims)
3) Brokers, which I am not as sold on. This assumes a the brokers also benefiting from a rising market
