SNH - buying opportunity?

Company announced 12M share offering and is down 5% pre market. Looks like the offering is related to acquisitions therefore should be accretive to shareholders. This is one of my positions in the long term portfolio. May add a few shares to keep the weighting unchanged.

One of the shots on my to do list. Now just to find the time to look it up and see if its a good buy time for me.
Always a ton of good ideas here, I love this forum.
