Well, there sure seems to be a difference of opinion about CSCO's "Intercloud" announcement. I've seen reactions ranging from the mildly positive to the very negative. (Haven't seen anything in the "very positive" category yet.) But the market seems to like the move -- CSCO up over 3% at the moment.
So who's right?
