I think I have everything updated now. What I've started doing is going back to the dividend histories and when putting in previous payout and new payout is going with the year over year payments to calculate the increase.
This shows the actual annual increases for companies that raise payouts more than once a year rather than showing the incremental increases. Generally not a big deal, but some companies like OHI and O raise theirs with every payout.
