Heh. Never heard of these guys. May put them on a watch list just for the heck of it.

Looks pretty pricey for a utility. 23.1 P/E ratio vs. 10yr average of 22.3, only a BBB credit rating, small cap, and fairly low dividend growth over the past five years for its sub-3% yield.

I've owned them for a while, so valuation may be historically high.  However, it's not really a utility, that's just part of their business and how they get classified.  They also do metal fabricating, they make pvc pipes, some agricultural, and some RV's, if I remember correctly.  Definitely a lot going on in addition to their utility arm.
