2/20/2014 WMT Raised quarterly dividend from $0.47 to $0.48, an increase of 2.1%
2/20/2014 LO Raised quarterly dividend from $0.55 to $0.615, an increase of 11.8%.

When you say 7.7 here, do you mean this is a DRIP?
How can you attain fractions?

This can happen in a DRIP, but many brokerage companies also will provide the same service. That is, for no fee, they will reinvest the full amount of the dividend back into the companies that paid them. Since it is extremely unlikely that the dividend will happen to equal a round full share price, you get fractional shares.

Even the relatively slow month of May brings in some happy dividend moments. So far this month, $329 total divvys from PG, T, AAPL, DE, ARCP, and O. Looking forward to June -- one of the "big" dividend months!

Welcome to June! The last month of each quarter always brings a big pile of dividends.

Been a while since this thread was active (and I have insomnia ;-) )

This month was an excellent one, with both quarterly and monthly payers (about 1/2 my portfolio) sending me "little happy moments."
I received $1666.00 from DE, AGNC, LNCO, MAIN, OKS, PG, APU, HCN, MORL, CEFL, HTGC, VZ, EDP, AAPL, VNR, O. OHI, NNN, KMI, ABY, ABBV, ARLP
(And yes, some of those tickers are pretty vicarious....)
