Started with MAA. And will probably add JNJ, PEP and perhaps some more BAM in the coming weeks.

Trimmed my DLR back to a full position and used the proceeds to add more AMT and EXR.

Still not sold on this brief rally. Utilities have had a nice week. But I’m not getting too excited yet.

For the record, I got out of UPST back when it was in the 60s. If I had any cash, I would consider getting back in today. Wow, what a fall.
