That's probably a good switch.

Dividend stocks have been getting creamed with interest rates rising. It seems like TECH and OIL is the only game in play at the moment.

But I'm more of a buy low guy, and some quality stocks and sectors are on sale. Even below covid levels.

I'll find out, BN and BAM are a pain to figure out BN formerly BAM seems like they always spin off, sometimes spin off then buy back into the fold is hard to keep tabs with--easier equities to invest in--IIPR was sold to offset gains--i also trimmed SHOP
