I agree and am seriously considering dumping mine. The problems didn't just start with the lawsuits, it's grown EPS at just 5% annually over the last 15 years.

I'd give up some yield doing so but shouldn't have much trouble finding a replacement with better growth.

The growth trouble started long before this.  I didn't think their extremely low ball "offer to settle" would fly.  I used this product without issue in the Army.  I don't completely understand the facts for sure.
