At what price are you looking to get into EOG?

I already own shares so I have been selling puts about 5% under the money for awhile now.  I have a 110,108 and a 105 open currently.  Premiums are good so I don't care if they exercise or not.  I loaded up on oil MUCH lower so trying not to chase.  I have little doubt oil is higher by summer but it got ahead of itself for now IMO.  Maybe it's safe to just buy at these prices but I've got in trouble doing that in oil before.

Oil was due for a pullback. Think we may see $80 again for crude before the run to $100+ this spring.

Fenders I know you have a position in HAS

What did you think of the numbers? Will we see a retest of $86-$87

That was a Christmas time swing trade.  Supply chain made me nervous and I sold in DEC.  I take it they missed or warned?

EDIT: HAS around 80 would be attractive. I have retailers like TGT I'd rather own if I get my price.

I agree.  Oil has little basis to go past 80 now.  The big traders did provide some pop.  They will do it again by summer.  I'm afraid to not nibble dips.  Remind me to stop doing that in a few months. Smile

Thanks ENPH. I transferred a lot of dying RUN and SPWR puts over to dying ENPH puts. I feel MUCH better after this earnings call. My core ENPH shares are fine, but I wasn't looking forward to 200 more shares at a $40 premium.

I believe we will see a pop when Spring hits and folks start traveling more. It’s getting closer to a top IMO, has been a great ride over the last 16 months.

FB continues its slide…. I seem to be enjoying that since I sold my position over a year ago.

I think the top in oil isn't coming soon IMO, but the run lately was a bit much. I will probably finish my FB position next time the NAS dips. Shouldn't have long to wait. I am more interested in finishing my GOOGL position.
