Look like a good spot to get in. Previous high of 25 with support  at 23.  Stock at 23.66

Never heard of them but a lot of their numbers are definitely moving in the right direction, especially a nice steady div growth.

However, looks like they ran into problems during the financial crisis period and severely reduced their dividend at that time. Something to take note of if you're ultra dependent on steady, consistent dividends.
