Nice looking portfolio, Nemo!

Just checked out the link you provided for IMA -- looks interesting. Would be very interested to see its dividend history (how many years they've paid the dividend and how it has grown). Do you know of any links that provide that? The "stock information" section of the site is in Italian only and I could not read it.

Hi Nemo,

Thanks for sharing portfolio. Could you please share with us, how you find information on these stocks? I have found it difficult to find historical information on non-US dividend stocks. Unfortunately, a lot of non-US stocks are traded here on the OTC market as ADR's, but some are very thinly traded..

Extra dividend for Ima :1,25 euro in November
I don't like extraordinary dividend.. I prefer the company increases ordinary dividend every year and cut the debt.
Hovewer ,2013 for Ima Spa is very extraordinary year and the big dividend is sustainable.
About European equities for Sagitarius84: the best source of information is the company's website.
However by yahoo finance (for example) you can find dividend history or other.

My portfolio:

I have 2 new dogs: British Land and Pepsi co.
Pepsi doesen't need introduction..
British Land is a REIT and own land and commercial property in London and Great Britain.
Is very similar to Realty Income.
The good news is that British land pays dividend every 3 months like Usa companies(British companies usually pay dividends 2 times a year)
Dividend Yeld is 4,33%

What was your reasoning for buying Pepsi at it's current price?

Hi Fiveoh
I think Pepsi is a must-have title for a collector of dividends.
Why now ?
I think reported strong Q3 despite macro conditions. Pepsico in not only beverages company and Frito Lay in one of the best brand in the world in the market snacks.
Maybe now Pepsico isn't undervalued but for an Italian investor is the right time to start buying thanks to the favorable exchange rate euro/dollar:1,37

I agree with all your points about Pepsi(and own it as well), I just think it's a tad pricey at the moment. Buying with a favorable exchange rate makes sense, I wasn't aware of that.

Have you heard about Nelson Peltz, who wants Pepsi to buy Mondelez and/or split up the company? Pepsi management seems to be resisting it, but I think it may happen eventually.

Nice to see some European focused portfolio. I'm European myself and looking for some more exposure to my home market, now 75% of my portfolio is US based.

Nestle and Novartis are on my watchlist at the moment.

Nestlè and Novartis are diamonds..and the first in in my portfolio for holding forever...
The problem whit swiss equities is the high taxation...swiss taxes + Italian Taxes= poor very poor dividends.

I changed a part of my portfolio..
I'm accumulating shares of Realty Income and Hcp Reit beacuse Mr Market is very hateful in this period with these companies.
In addition i'm very interested in the 3 big British reatilers.
Tesco,Morrison and Sainsbury have dividend yeld near or more than 4%.
My favourite is Sainsbury with margins, income anda sales up every month.
