Annaly announced its next dividend -- 35 cents. Down from 40 cents in the previous quarter and from even higher in the quarters before that. Here's the press release: http://investor.annaly.com/file.aspx?IID...D=19864772. Trend not looking great.
I've never been a big REIT guy, especially mortgage REITs, but I know they play a role in many peoples' dividend growth portfolios.
