If you spend any appreciable amount of time on the road and you enjoy listening, then it seems like a worthwhile upgrade. I love having a nice sound system, with bluetooth, in my car. If the quality and price difference is not too significant, I'd lean toward buying from the place that will do the work. That way there is no question of who will be helping you out if there are any issues.
