I think the likelihood and severity of this is low risk. I've never seen a bluetooth toilet in a Japanese house after living there for 3 years. Most have hard wired units on the wall. You'd have to wander around a high end apartment complex to find a bluetooth signal, all just to hack it and flush. Doesnt seem like much of a return on investment other than for practical joke purposes.
