Sounds like you learned something valuable.
You young kids (no offense) dont understand and will not until you get to our ripe ole age, what you have going with your DGI portfolio is a real good thing and it will take TIME but in the end you will be happy with yourself for making the right decision.
I understand wanting to dump a never ending money pit (jeep with 248K) and wish you the best.
