Just discovered that Shell has a new MLP play in the midstream market. The IPO was a couple of days ago and its up 40%.

While I am not interested in IPOs, its an interesting move and something to keep an eye on. I am more concerned about how big the market is (they say that the pipelines are limited to Texas and Lousiana) and more importantly, how that impacts Kinder Morgan Inc (which I own).
