KMI, KMP, KMR, and EPB are to be merged into KMI. No more MLP, will be entirely a C corporation paying qualified dividends.

Looks like KMI will become a dividend growth machine.
If you have questions about the tax consequences of the exchanges, look at slides 11, 12, and 13 of the presentation. The KMR exchange is non-taxable, the KMP and EPB exchanges are taxable.
