I've made little to no portfolio changes. I've made adds to current holdings and sold NKE because I've lost patience with their constant not happening anytime soon turn around story.
I make small tweaks throughout any given year, depends on whether it's retirement vs non retirement. I have to be more careful with the non retirement accounts, I'll do tax loss harvesting in order to trim some winners, I'll also try to manage cost basis by over time resetting those cost basis percentages by selling and then redeploying funds back into the stock. Why? The goal is to increase net worth not sit there and see hundreds of %'s increase in a particular equity...who cares? If I can increase net worth and reset cost basis prices in order to pay less taxes in the future it's a win-win.
Regarding POTUS Trump and the tariffs, I didn't know what to do so I chose to sit on my butt with tightly squeezed cheeks and stay the course. I took what the market gave me, I did a lot of adds and moved a lot of sidelined cash back into the market.
