I really wasn't aware that women were mostly absent from high profile Wall Street until recently. I was pleased to see Woods break onto the scene as she was/is obviously influential. I really like her forward thinking but it turned into a circus. I'll do some reading on Weiss. I had not heard of her until now. I love Lyn Alden's macro commentary. She is brilliant IMO. I hope she becomes more mainstream soon.
