One S&P 500 high dividend energy stock: KMI - 7.3% dividend
One biotech stock: ABBV - 5.2% dividend
One oil stock: USDP - 12.69% dividend; I used to own this but having to do a schedule K every year wasn't worth it
A little over a quarter of the year through the competition, I wanted to check in and see what I put.
RETL - 137.33% year to date return
ORC - 20.5% year to date return, along with its dividend
KMI* - 21.6% year to date return, along with its dividend
ABBV - only minor growth as it zig zags all over the place
USDP** - 73.4% year to date return
So far, so good, and that's not even counting the sky high dividends
* I completely forgot about this stock and forgot to buy it; oops!!
** Still not worth schedule K hassle
