Selling losers??

I sell rarely enough that it is not even worth developing hard and fast rules. Of course I keep a close eye on all of the things already mentioned -- earnings growth, valuation craziness, dividend freezes, etc. INTC is one of the few sales I've made in recent memory. And I did not eliminate the position; I just went from overweight to an average-sized position (for me). And this had as much to do with my shifting impressions about the tech sector generally as it did with INTC specifically.
