Target has lost less than 2 bucks a share. I would not define that as a financial black swan event, so far.
We'll see how it develops. I am a buyer on further weakness - just not sure how much further though.
This is what I would define as a shallow risk. Short-term damage to the company and share price, but no lasting damage. It could be an good set-up to buy and excellent company at a bargain price.
