The problem whit swiss equities is the high taxation...swiss taxes + Italian Taxes= poor very poor dividends.
I changed a part of my portfolio..
I'm accumulating shares of Realty Income and Hcp Reit beacuse Mr Market is very hateful in this period with these companies.
In addition i'm very interested in the 3 big British reatilers.
Tesco,Morrison and Sainsbury have dividend yeld near or more than 4%.
My favourite is Sainsbury with margins,income anda sales up every month.
